The third issue of Mildred Pierce, a zine that my friend John Bylander helped put together, is now officially out. I went to the issue’s awesome release party back in May, when initial copies were hot of the press (really, I think John was folding and stapling them as he gave them out). Now, though, the zine’s third installment is officially done, and boasts an additional art insert. Also, my friend James Ford, who took over Nailgun after I moved away from Charlottesville, did the cover art for this one. It’s in a style somewhat similar to the many awesome concert posters that he puts together.
If you want to read some insightful and interesting commentary on a variety of artistic and social subjects, you should order a copy of Mildred Pierce.
